Research assistant

I need a PROFESSIONAL SKIPTRACER with at least 2 years Upgrade to see actual info the tools you have used in the past and provide at least 2 good examples of the work you have done to find people that are very hard to find. This is not ordinary skip tracing but often deeper. More like detective work.
Also includes some list gathering research and compilation from certain government agencies of public information relating to real estate.
Must have reliable internet and strong computer experience. 20 hours per week
