cold caller must speak English and have experience as well as communicate effectively work 4 hours a day and be able to close deals and get property owners to sign contracts via email or in person once they agree to a price, as well as understand the market they are servicing and we work in a team together once a price of property is negotiable and contract is signed u send it to dispositions and they start looking for end buyers for the project.
