I want to make a VBA version of the website 'Upgrade to see actual info;

That website allows anyone to paste in PHP code and it will say how to improve the PHP

I am a VBA expert

I want to make an app which people can paste in VBA code and it will tell it how to improve like the above site does for PHP

I know VBA and how to improve, I need a web app expert who can help me build it

Someone who has a basic understanding of VBA would also be a big bonus

Maintance and continual improvement will be required regularly so this is a full time position
