Webmaster with Wordpress, PHP, SEO, MySQL, Security, Tracking etc. skills (Part time 20hrs/week)

We are looking for a webmaster that can handle wordpress, and common wordpress scripts, making sure our membership and ecommerce websites are running smooth and secure, connect google analytics and google advertisement for tracking. Updating wordpress, and scripts and some wordpress development in adjusting templates, setting up new wordpress sites and use the design tools to make them look like they should. Monitoring traffic to make sure everything is running smooth. In short, ensuring functionality and efficiency of sites and web servers

Other responsibilities are also to post prepared posts on wordpress, connect posts with downloads, while making it all look good from a visitor standpoint.

The position if around 20 hrs per week to begin with (half time). We can negotiate a suitable schedule.

JOB BRIEF
We are looking for a Webmaster to maintain websites and servers to meet user needs. You will be responsible for making sites easy to use, attractive and Upgrade to see actual info this role, you should be detailed-oriented and an excellent communicator (English). Balancing a creative eye with an analytical mind is essential. If you also have a strong technical background, you would be a perfect fit.

Responsibilities
• Build functional and easy-to-use websites
• Test websites across browsers, operating systems, and devices
• Maintain, configure and troubleshoot servers
• Ensure site security by managing security scripts and search for possible breaches
• Optimize loading speeds and capacity
• Debug pages and fix broken links or images
• Update website content and review SEO
• Monitor and analyze site performance (e.g traffic, conversions)

Requirements
• Proven experience as a Webmaster or Web Developer
• Knowledge of web analytics and SEO
• Familiarity with web standards
• Working knowledge of website management tools
• Proficient in Wordpress, PHP, CSS, MySQL; knowledge of Security is also a must
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to generate creative ideas
• Attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills
• Education in Computer Science, Design or a related field is preferred
