POSITION OVERVIEW:
Seeking new team member to cold call homeowners to see if they want to sell their property. Unlimited income, GREAT English speaking is a must. If you do not have great English do not apply. Team member will be responsible for cold calling prospects, qualifying them and forwarding to acquisitions Upgrade to see actual infoTAILED DESCRIPTION:
-Call 100’s of homeowners constantly and find out if they’re interested in selling their property
-Build Rapport, qualify leads, & set appointments.
-Add/Create leads in Podio for nurture follow up.
-Determine home owner level of motivation to sell their house.
-Document & send daily report on calling results.

REQUIREMENTS:
-Must be available for 6hrs per day for part-time; 9hrs per day for full-time
-Must speak GREAT English and have the ability to sound personable. DO NOT apply if you do not speak great English. This is very important.
-Must be very experienced at speaking with Americans and building rapport.
-Must have an aggressive and hungry desire to make sales and create great leads.
-Must be willing to learn and be taught how to sell better.
-Must be familiar with how to use google drive and google calendar.
-Must have experience with MOJO auto-dialer
-Independent and self-motivated


HOW TO APPLY:
1. Setup a calendar planner in gmail titled ‘telesales candidate - last name’ and invite Upgrade to see actual info to the calendar.

3. Create an audio file of yourself talking through any cold calling script of your Upgrade to see actual info the file: “Leadsheet_<Candidate-firstName>”. Please post the audio file to the google drive created in instruction #2; and allow download access

4. Complete the free Tony Robbins Disc profile @ Upgrade to see actual info. Download results and post to the google drive created in number #2; and allow download access.

5. Send an email indicating you have submitted all the materials. Email must be formatted as follows:
