We are startup in the Amazon PPC niche that gives PPC solution for Amazon sellers. Actually we have software that create and manage their PPC campaigns on auto pilot!

We are looking for talented customer success team member who have deep knowledge in Amazon PPC campaigns that will help our customers to understand the changes they need to do in their campaigns in order to improve their ppc campaigns.

Your role and daily tasks will be:

# Answer questions customers have and give them solution in a daily basis over the phone and/OR via email.

# Find solutions to their advertising problems if they asking about it.

# Guide them about the right actions they need to take in their campaigns in order to get their goal (more sales).
