Job Title: Full Time General VA – Web Research / Marketing/ Creating Processes and Workflows

Position Type: Full – Time

Time Zone – Mine is CST, -5GMT. You may work your normal business ours local time

Daily Reporting: A basic bullet-point e-mail at the end of each day

Proposed Compensation: $250 per month. Review after 6 months.

General Description: This job is well suited for someone who loves developing and improving processes and systems for a variety of tasks, from basic web research to more advanced processes. You will be trained to learn a number of more advanced systems such as running facebook ad campaigns, and creating webinars and sales funnel processes. Previous experience is not required.

If you are experienced in SEO and looking for more techniques, you will probably find the work interesting because we are developing methods which have never been done in this way before.

You will be expected to be able to try new things, and provide feedback for what works and what doesn’t, and find solutions and ways to improve processes and systems. You will write documents with processes and requirements for future tools and processes for other VAs to follow as well.

On occasion, you might work with various other VAs, and could lead to management of various projects involving teams of one or more VAs with skills that you do not possess.
Daily Tasks: Basic research on topics, training and new skill development (I.e. Facebook Ad Campaigns, sales funnels, setting up webinars), and tasks related to better understanding our business and the industry.

If you have special skills and talents, they might be able to be used as well.
