Our fast-growing company based in Toronto; Canada is looking for a Long-Term Team Member. We are looking for a creative, talented, honest and a hard-working person that would like to become a valuable member of our team. We are looking for someone who would also enjoy contributing ideas and sharing thoughts while doing the job.

We are looking for a researcher whose main task will be finding viable markets, potential competitive niches, research competitions, find easy to rank keywords, targeted groups in Facebook, trending contents using provided tools that calculate the demand, competition and potential profitability.

Please note this position is open for someone who can work 40+ hours a week and can start immediately as well as has good command on the following:

MARKET RESEARCH
NICHE RESEARCH/PRODUCT RESEARCH
DEMOGRAPHIC RESEARCH
CREATE CUSTOMER AVATAR
TRENDING CONTENT RESEARCH
KEYWORD RESEARCH FOR SEO AND PPC
CREATE TARGETED FACEBOOK GROUP

Here are the SKILLS we are looking for:

* HIGHLY ANALYTICAL - You need to be naturally good with numbers and identifying patterns because you will be looking at charts and big data to calculate and analyze the profitability of certain products. If you are someone who doesn't like numbers and perhaps prefer doing something more artistic, this job is not for you.

* DATA-DRIVEN RESEARCH - There are thousands of product opportunities out there, and each occasion will have an internal score for its profitability based on multiple factors like demand, competition, profitability etc. You need to be someone who can (or someone who can learn how to) manipulate spreadsheets to compile, organize and present data logically and comprehensively.

* CREATIVITY - There are thousands of opportunities, and it will be within your job scope to find these opportunities, so a certain amount of creativity is needed to come across these products. Ideally, we want to sell products that have huge demand but a low number of competition/sellers. How will you discover these opportunities?

* RESULTS ORIENTED and SELF-MOTIVATED - We need someone self-motivated and can get the job done no matter what it takes. Someone who can think outside the box to come up with creative solutions. Someone who will learn and research to discover the information and insights needed to do this job well.

The position will be permanent for the right person (subject to the appropriate trial period).

Please note that after completing the initial trial period successfully, your salary will increase by 10%.

Also, your salary will increase every year by 10%.
