Sales Executive

Unique Part Time Flexible Sales Role with Limelight
Limelight are seeking a new part-time sales executive to join the team to find prospective tenants to let rooms to. The role is unique in that it is highly Flexible (you work when you choose) meaning the role is highly suited for an experienced Sales Professional that may have other personal or professional commitments and would like the extra income.

Overview of the Position - Can you Close a Sale?

Sales experience is a MUST for you to be successful in your application. You must be a people person, with a sales flair, and most importantly the ability to close the sale ethically.

You will have the benefit of part-time flexible hours, working when it suits. This will, of course, result in plenty of evening and weekend work as this is when potential tenants are available to speak and arrange Upgrade to see actual info addition to selling rooms, there will be an opportunity to sell additional property services to landlords and tenants, of which you will receive a generous commission.

You must be driven by your own personal targets as well as the company's Upgrade to see actual infopleting this role efficiently with a high conversion rate results in a highly lucrative commission package.

Key Responsibilities
Preparing & uploading adverts onto advertising portals
Monitoring advertising portals daily to generate leads
Setting up viewings with potential tenants
Closing the sale with potential tenants
Completing check-in procedures for tenants
Selling additional services to landlords and tenants

Skills and Experience Required
You are a “people person” and you enjoy nothing more but to connect with new people on the phone and by email on a daily basis. You know how to close the sale, you strive to hit targets, as well as being able to keep the office team, and landlords updated on progress. Your communications skills are second to none.

Highly experienced in a target-driven sales environment
Great interpersonal skills
Outstanding phone manner
Excellent customer service skills
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
Growth & learning mindset; welcomes constructive feedback for further development and support
Good computer skills
Experience in social media marketing

This is a part-time position with flexible working hours.
£25 per every room sold (expected 11 sales minimum per month)
25% commission on additional property services sold
