4. Fixing Stranded/Unfulfilled inventory
5. Amazon Product Campaigns
6. Inventory Planning
7. Shipment Audits
8. Fixing Price Alerts
9. A-to-Z Claims
10. Refunds
11. All other seller central related amazon maintenance
What we require in our team members:
1. A fast Internet connection. You can test these requirements by running a simple test at speedtest.net
2. Computer: You can use a desktop or Laptop with no problems. 2.2ghz processor.
3. Available for 8 hours per day EST (eastern standard time) Monday-Friday from 9 am - 5 pm, on demand in urgent spots, and occasional weekends.
4. Possess excellent English speaking and writing skills.
5. Have a backup internet in case of emergency; a nearby coffee shop is okay.
6. Headset: This headset can be simple, but it must connect to your computer via USB to ensure proper phone sound quality and call quality.
