Part Time Beauty Obsessed Social Media Virtual Assistant

Hey there!

I am looking for a beauty obsessed virtual assistant with an interest in social media marketing! Right now i am in the process of launching a e-commerce FUN millennial skincare brand! I need an assistant to help me juggle all of these exciting tasks. Average of 25 hours per week, Part-Time with potential to go into FULL TIME as the brand launches! The job might change and evolve over time, perfect for someone that desires a job in marketing in the future!

Looking for someone to assist me with the following:

-Managing my personal calendar
-Assisting with Social Media planning
-Responding to emails
-Making checklists as we gear up for the launch date
-Organizing Files and Photos
-Creating copy for Social Media and Website
-Collecting statistics and data on competitors
-Creating weekly stats and updates
-Light marketing assisting


For now, payments will be made after each week of work has been concluded.


MUST BE:
Proficient in Google Drive and Sheets! (Excel)
Must have great writing and communication skills
Have some knowledge in Photoshop and other adobe products
Must LOVE BEAUTY and skincare!
