JOB OVERVIEW

We are a website design company located in New Zealand. We are looking for a dynamic website content writer who can work remotely with us. Following are the requirements:

EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS

- Minimum of tertiary education (Degree or Diploma) in journalism, English, communication or marketing.
- Core knowledge of industry & trends is a BIG PLUS
- Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, Word)
- Experience of general content marketing will be great


QUALITIES OF THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

- Excellent overall writing skills in a number of different styles/tones.
- Have written content for websites.
- Must have hands-on experience on MailChimp.
- Passionate about creating high-quality content and writings
- Possess or be highly motivated to develop strong knowledge/subject related to the industry
- Able to write clear, concise and compelling headlines
- Impeccable spelling, grammar, and overall English language
- A deep understanding of audiences and what motivates them online
- Great research, organizational, and learning skills
- High comprehension of software like Microsoft Word and Google Docs
- Familiarity with keyword placement and other SEO best practices
- Some experience with online marketing and lead generation
- An understanding of formatting articles on the web.
- Be an efficient individual & great team player.
- Drive and motivation to exceed goals.
- Has incredible attention to detail and is capable of multitasking and coordinating several projects at once.
- EXTREMELY resourceful in solving problems, brainstorming ideas and making things happen
