Video Editor - Mainly Captioning

I am looking for someone with a good pair of ears and basic video editing skills for the following tasks:
1. Captioning all my videos
2. Cut / trim / summarize my videos to fit different social media platforms like Instagram, Twitter and Facebook

You must:
1. Have basic video editing skills that will able you to do the above tasks;
2. Have a good pair of ears for accurate captioning;
3. Have above average English speaking and writing skills;
4. Be keen to details and be able to work with minimum supervision.
