Long term customer service representative needed for our growing company

Hi, we need an amazing customer service representative with a great personality to interact with our users and answer support tickets, chat live with our users, and even help create technical support articles for our knowledgebase. We are based in the USA and in need of someone who can work during daytime hours in the US.

This is a full time position with plenty of room for growth! We are looking to hire the best person long term!

Responsibilities:

- Manage support tickets
- Interact with our users through live chat
- Improve our knowledgebase by writing help articles showing how our product works

Requirements:

- Work during USA daytime hours (we'll discuss exact hours)
- Reliable/Fast Internet Connection
- Excellent Written English Skills

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

- Ability to handle multiple deadlines and tasks
- Strong decision-making skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- At least 2+ Years in Customer Service Field
- Must be highly motivated!
