Awesome VA Rockstar needed for varied work with a UK Property Development/Construction company.

m looking for a trustworthy, proactive rockstar of a VA to join our team.

Some of the role will include;
Manage and build Social Media across all outlets (Facebook, instagram, Linkedin etc)
Manage back end admin duties. Prepare material lists to go out to tender, cross reference against invoices and delivery notes.
Source materials and obtain prices from contractors.
One off initial project to build a couple websites - either personally or manage the building of them.
Keep websites updated with images - news feed etc - Social media as above.
Produce PDF 1 - 2 page property Upgrade to see actual infonovate new systems and pathways to streamline business procedures.
Possibility of answering calls from marketing campaigns.
Receptionist duties.
General support duties.
Research duties.
