What we're looking for:
An awesome Social Media (Community Manager) to take charge of our online Social Media presence. We are looking for a creative individual with fresh ideas on how to interact with our players audience, who will take us to the next level!
What you'll do:
You'll be responsible for managing, monitoring and expanding our Social Media presence on multiple platforms;
establishing relationships with large groups of users over Social Media;
engage in daily communication with users and escalating any trending issues or complaints.
About You
Experience in community/social media or marketing operations in relevant industry - free to play gaming or Social Casino.
Advanced expertise to various Social Media channels and related services.
Effective communication of ideas through their content media (written/video).
Ability to provide reports/presentations representing their areas of ownership satisfactorily to business stakeholders.
Great coordination and planning skills.
Solid multitasking skills.
Ability to troubleshoot and high attention to detail.
Excellent organisational, written, and interpersonal communication
What you'll need:
Loves the social media space and has excellent knowledge of social media management tools and trends
Proficient with MS Office and Google G Suite
Autonomous, detail-oriented, and a team player
Creative, innovative, and resourceful
Strong communication and rapport building skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and presentation skills
Passion for conflict resolution and problem solving
Asset: 1+ years of work experience in a customer service role
Asset: Strong interest in gaming
