JOB OVERVIEW

We're the opportunity to join our growing team. We're a software company and we've been in the market for 5 years. We specialize in creating SW for rental companies, such as car motorbike, boat, as well as other rentals. Our clients are all around the world (USA, Australia, Europe, South America). We design and develop all software ourselves and take pride in Upgrade to see actual infow, we are looking for a skilled PHP developer who will enrich our team and help us grow. What you will do:
- work on improving existing products which include a php based app and several Wordpress plugins
- develop new products from scratch
- cooperate with our head developer
- come up with new technological ideas that you will implement

We are looking for someone who wants to work with us long term and will take this as an opportunity to join a stable, dedicated team. We are a distributed team, so you will fit in our culture.

Cooperation is Upgrade to see actual info the beginning, we will assign smaller tasks and hope that you will grow into a more responsible role in the company.

What are the next steps:
- we will run a two-round interview and a small case to assess your capabilities. We are most interested in seeing some work you've already done and how you think about things. After that, we will select the most suitable candidate

What we will evaluate:
- technical proficiency (ability to deliver within a certain timeframe)
- level of spoken English (so that we can communicate without issues)
- fit with our mindset and culture
