Outbound Cold Caller/ Real Estates VA

Looking for a dedicated outbound cold caller to handle my prospecting needs.

• Full time or Part-time job & who can start right away
• Phone Calls for nearly the whole shift, using our dialer system
• Typical Shift Starts at 11am-3pm Pacific Standard Time (California), and 5pm-8pm PT, Mon-Fri. And then Saturday 10am-3pm PT
• 30-40 hours/week, Monday-Saturday
• Hourly pay, rate Increase will depend on your performance & productivity within 2 months, or bonus for appointments set and deals done.

MUST HAVE:
• A workplace free of noise
• A decent computer headset with mic
• Minimum 5mbps WIRED INTERNET & Backup
• Minimum 1 yearr experience on outbound phone sales and/or customer service.

Previous real estate experience cold calling, appointment setting and telemarketing is a HUGE Upgrade to see actual infoTE:
• Typing skills at least 30 wpm as you type notes while with the prospect is on the line.
• I am looking for candidates who can start immediately with near-native spoken English.
• Reliable who can show up to work consistently everyday
• Positive Attitude who is willing to be coached and open to constructive criticism to be better as quickly as possible.
