You'll be working VERY closely with us, and is a great opportunity for growth.


BASIC ROLE OVERVIEW:

In this role, you'll be a mix of "Project Management Lead", "Marketing" on-top of "Assistant" work. If you don't have any prior experience, we'll catch you up to speed on marketing strategies, social media marketing and how to manage an eCommerce store, particularly Shopify and the 3rd party applications we use that are part of Upgrade to see actual info the near future, even if you have no project management experience... you'll be working together with me on project, and team management.


HERE'S THE TYPE OF WORK YOU'LL BE DOING:

1. Set-up and maintaining the softwares we use for our eCommerce business (using web apps)
2. Customer Service when needed
3. Ongoing study and research of marketing principles, project management, and systems. You'll be playing a significant role in contributing to the company's growth
4. Build and maintain dashboards and reports (daily, weekly, monthly)

If you perform these tasks well, we'll want to invite you to join us on our business trips where we meet with Upgrade to see actual info's a job that would require you to continuously grow together with us, and I hope you can see why we stress so much on the 4 traits you'll need.

If you do these tasks well, we'll make sure you are well taken-care of.


REQUIREMENTS:

** Motivated self-learner. You'll be exposed to endless learning opportunities and resources. You must be hungry to learn and take the initiative to stay one-step ahead of 'instructions/guidelines' given.

** Training will be provided on the platforms and technologies you'll be required to operate on.

** Organised and able to closely follow structures, standards and processes. Analytical and data-driven

** Takes the initiative to voice out your thoughts on your thoughts of how to improve our structures, and processes.

** Your own computer, and high-speed internet connection.

** Contingency plans for power brownouts, natural disasters, and personal emergencies.


FINAL NOTE:

You'll be exposed to multiple skill sets, and get the chance to learn the entire nuts and bolts behind an eCommerce business.
