Real Estate company is seeking an experienced, reliable and dedicated professional to become a valuable member of our growing team while working at the comforts of his or her own home!
Task:
Cold call 75 or more leads per day to set quality appointments and take 100% ownership of every prospect to ensure great sales conversion.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Must be a PRO on the phone - cold calling, prospecting and qualifying potential customers
• Must have EXCELLENT phone presentation skills
• Must have experience in identifying and prospecting client's needs
• Must be great with rebuttals and executing value proposition
• Must have a minimum of 1 - 3 years of experience in either B2B or B2C sales, telemarketing, appointment setting,
• Must have excellent data entry and computer skills
• Experience working for any US-based Real Estate Company for 1-3 years for companies below is a plus:
• Keller Williams
• Century 21
• ReMax
This is a PART-TIME Position with a starting base pay of $3.33/hour plus other set appointments and closing bonuses! CRM, leads and dialer are all provided.
REQUIREMENTS
• Must have good spoken and written English
• Working Time 1:00pm – 7:30pm (30 min lunch); Must be able to work Monday through Friday during the US Central Time Zone
• Internet connection minimum 5 mbps
• Performance Laptop (minimum 4gb RAM)
• VOIP internet phone service and equipment
• US references with verification
• Minimal to no power outage in the area
• Valid NBI Clearance
• 2 valid government IDs
• PayPal account
SPECIFICATIONS
• Part Time position (Opportunity to grow to a full time)
• Payment every week on Mondays following the pay period close via PayPal (Sun-Fri) for first two months; Then bi-weekly pay after two months
• Starting Rate Base Salary of $3.33/hour USD
• Bonuses
o Qualified Set Appointments
o Sellers Listings $2 for Set Appointment
• Plus $200 additional bonus if Sellers sell/close on their home
o Buyers $1 for Set Appointment
• Plus $100 additional bonus if Buyer purchases a home and we go to closing
REAL ESTATE (5 hours per day)
• Prospecting & Appointment Setting (6 hours per day, Minimum 75 calls, Goal is Set 6 Appointments per week)
o Call Real Estate Leads from Lead Source to setup appointments
o Call FSBO listings to setup appointment
o Call Expired listings to setup appointments
o Answer Inbound calls from marketing campaigns
ADMINISTRATIVE/EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT (1 hour per day)
• Daily check in with Owner via?
o Discuss To Do List Tracker (Status of existing items and new items to add)
o Calendar
o Other Ad Hoc assignments
• Calendar
o Schedule Set appointments in CRM
o Time blocking of calendar (all personal and business activities)
• Incoming Calls
o All incoming calls between 1:00pm and 7:30pm (Central Time Zone) will be transferred to you to answer and screen
o Need to decipher if the nature of the call should be screened for an appointment, take a message and send to the Owner, or forward directly to the Owner
• Data Entry (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
