Experienced Executive Assistant Wanted who will GROW with me!

About Me:
I am an online business owner who is heavily involved in social media - specifically IG and FB. My business is all about health and fitness, so someone who is also a fitness lover is the ideal candidate

I'm looking for a virtual assistant to complete projects that are anticipated to require approximately 20 hours per week to begin. I am looking for someone to work with on a LONG-TERM basis and want this position to transition to 40 hours a week over the next 3-4 months!

The candidate must be strong in the following areas:
- Can Design in Wordpress and maintain Wordpress Blog
- Knowledge with current trends in social media
- Email marketing
- Project Management
- Extensive Experience Managing Instagram Accounts
- Experience with Shopify and running a Drop Shipping Store
- Graphic Design Experience (but does not need to be an expert)

I need someone who is able to keep in regular contact with me and has great organizational skills. Familiarity with Asana and Slack is preferred as well!


Skills required:
- Great communication skills via phone, email, and chat
- Strong knowledge of Google Docs
- Strong initiative and loves to stay organized and implement systems
