JOB OVERVIEW

This candidate must be able to
• multi-task under tight timeline
• handle all aspects of customer service
• communicate in excellent written and verbal English (knowledge of Bahasa Malay is a plus)

Key functions of this role
• gatekeeper for all eChannel (website, marketplaces etc.)
• ensure inventory accuracy across all channels
• answer online chats, calls and emails promptly and in a professional and courteous manner
• builds relationship with the customer and resolves their questions and concerns through acquiring deep product knowledge
• Perform ad-hoc tasks such as order packing and assisting in company events

• Good customer service skills and decision making
• Takes ownership of the allocated tasks
• Must be organized and proactive
• Strong communication skills
• Knowledge of E-commerce or keen on learning E-commerce
