JOB OVERVIEW

Hi,

I am looking for someone or a team who is the BEST at acting as a virtual assistant who is familiar with responding to customer emails using the preset templates provided in Google Docs, familiar with using Shopify, using Excel to create order sheets based upon instructions provided, respond to social media comments on Facebook, ability to communicate to me if there is any customer issues that need to be solved, & strong ability to communicate in written English.

Skills required:

1.Customer Service

2.Responding to Customer Emails

3.Updating Customer Status Sheet to communicate any problems that customers are having that will require other members on the team to help solve.

4.Being able to use Google Translate to write to people who do not speak english such as Spanish or French.

5.Being able to use Google Voice to respond to customer calls via Text Message using customized templates.

6.Being able to learn about the proper ways to respond to issues.

7.Being able to and open to learn while responding to customer emails to increase customer satisfaction.

8.Excel

9.Be able to Export orders from Shopify and create an excel order sheet (following the instructions given by us) - so that it can be shipped out to to the customers.

10.Being able to upload tracking numbers via excel from the supplier into the Shopify store in the required format (following the instructions given by us).

11.Social Media Moderation

12.Ability to respond to Facebook & Instagram comments with custom message templates provided.

13.Hide negative comments on Facebook & Instagram.

14. Ban people from making false statements about the company on a sponsored post on Facebook & Instagram.

15. Be able to communicate to us if there is a person having trouble that you do not know how to solve so we can help solve the problem.
