I am looking for someone or a team who is the BEST at acting as a virtual assistant who is familiar with responding to customer

3.Updating Customer Status Sheet to communicate any problems that customers are having that will require other members on the team to help solve.
4.Being able to use Google Translate to write to people who do not speak english such as Spanish or French.
5.Being able to use Google Voice to respond to customer calls via Text Message using customized templates.
6.Being able to learn about the proper ways to respond to issues.
7.Being able to and open to learn while responding to customer

9.Be able to Export orders from Shopify and create an excel order sheet (following the instructions given by us) - so that it can be shipped out to to the customers.
10.Being able to upload tracking numbers via excel from the supplier into the Shopify store in the required format (following the instructions given by us).
