INSTAGRAM & FACEBOOK Marketing Growth Hacker VA Wanted

Looking for an INSTAGRAM & FACEBOOK Marketing VA that can create content, grow followers, promote and
build our instagram & facebook pages, and that is familiar with e-commerce stores.

Must have a deep understanding and knowledge of social media platforms, tools and techniques and a solid grasp of analytics and reporting.

The main social media platforms you must know how to manage include Instagram and Facebook.

If you can do Pinterest and other social platforms that is a plus, this would be implemented in a schedule.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- You need to know how to research brands and competition so you have a solid understanding of the product that way you can write the captions, and other content.

- You would be posting on Instagram and Facebook [ 2-4 of times a day]

- You would write and engage and/or find educational captions, find memes, videos and other viral content that generates engagement.


- Plan our social calendars weeks/months in advance. Schedule social media posts using a software like Hootsuite, Buffer, SproutSocial etc. Might need some content creation of graphics on Canva and/or Photoshop, so basic graphic design skills a plus.

- Monitoring these social media platforms on a daily basis and participating in the conversation to engage our target audience. Liking comments on our posts/commenting back.

-Building followers, by following others in similar pages and getting follows back. Any other Ninja hacks and techniques to build followers fast and within Instagram guidelines and policies.

-Run and manage giveaways, competitions and other promotions to generate UGC Upgrade to see actual infoT REQUIRED - Higher compensation offered if also able to handle the following:

-Influencer marketing strategy and execution

Niche-specific influencer identification- - Influencer outreach, negotiation, and management
- Influencer analytics reporting, and ongoing campaign management

Other related social marketing tasks, with emphasis in e-commerce and generating sales.

-Knowledge of paid advertising a plus.



SCHEDULE:

(Flexible hours/days based on 24/7 schedule)
Day shift-U.S business hours (U.S Pacific Time)

There is a 30 day trial period on a part time basis or per project basis

Full Time-After 30 day initial trial period evaluation.
