We are looking to hire Ecommerce Sales and Customer Service Executive who will assist with our operations in our growing dynamic company. The position needs someone who is adept in sales, marketing, and customer service .
You must be able to work in SINGAPORE working hours, have research and analysis skill, good communication skill, ability to handle a range of tasks under high pressure and an honesty Upgrade to see actual infopetencies
• Language Proficient: Intermediate to advanced English proficiency is a must. The applicant must be capable of communicating effectively through written and verbal means.
• Customer-centric: Customers breathe life to any business, and the applicant must be able to understand the importance of a client in an organisation. Hence, he/she should be resolute in helping the company’s clients with their needs.
• Organised: Must have a keen eye for detail with a good sense of judgment.
• Reliable: The applicant must be able to commit 40 hours of work per week and must check in for work regularly and on time.
• Time Management: Must be able to make use of the time spent for work efficiently.
• Self-Reliant: The applicant must be able to solve problems and concerns with little to no supervision and must show resourcefulness at all times.
• Comprehension: The ability to understand and execute instructions without fail is impeccable.
• Fast learner: Must have the ability to get up to speed with our processes and systems.
• Resilient: We are a small company, hence the applicant should demonstrate flexibility and the willingness to help in various tasks.

Responsibilities
1. Read and respond to Facebook Messages and Comments
2. Read and respond to Instagram Direct Messages and Comments
3. Process customer orders on FB messages
4. Adjust inventory and stock
