Basic Requirements:
-Time Commitment -We will start at 15 to 20 hours per week for 30-day testing once hired and shift to 40 hours per week
-Experience -4+ years experience as a Project Manager demonstrating solid accounting skills serving high-performing, fast-paced entrepreneurs and/or business owners

Skills and Technical Knowledge:
-Ideally, you are project management certified
-You have an accounting background and in depth experience using cloud-based accounting tools.
-Fluent in english (both verbally and written)
-Fluent and ideally certified (if applicable) in all technology and communication platforms outlined above

Examples of Tasks You Will Execute Directly:
-Audit and reconcile all 3rd party software licenses that we pay for on behalf of clients (QBO, Xero, Upgrade to see actual info, Expensify) and ensure clients are properly billed for for their licenses.
-Maintain and report weekly operational dashboard and monthly company dashboard.
-Maintain weekly scheduling and staffing of Controller and CFO resources (45 resources).
-Develop and maintain reporting of Controller and CFO availability and capacity to respective Team Leads.
-Perform onboarding of new Controllers and CFOs including managing credentials to key systems (QBO/Xero)
-Maintain Controller job applicants in company’s hiring system and perform initial screening of candidates.
-Collect and report status updates on Controller Cleanup engagements.
-Attend accounting industry webinars, trainings, and demos to provide summaries to Team Leads.
-Track and report vacation coverage for Bookkeeping employees.
-Track and report all company certifications for Team Leads.
-Assist Bookkeeping Team Lead in reassigning projects and tasks amongst Bookkeeping staff.
-Perform client retention analysis by each Bookkeeper for Team Leads.
-Organize and setup Company and Team Google Drive folders.
-Provide administrative support to keep company CRM system up to date and accurate.
