Wordpress Web Master/Developer/Designer needed for Australian company

We are an Australian company looking for a person that is a good wordpress website developer/designer. We don't want a website that is too fancy, we just want something that works.

Need to have experience or be able to do these things:

- Create the wordpress website quickly
- Site needs to be fast loading and mobile user friendly.
- Mobile responsive for use in desktops, laptops, tablets and mobile phones.
- Knows SEO well
- Knows how to use CloudFlare
- Site needs to be fast loading and will be tested at https://tools.pingdom.com/
- Free of html errors (i.e. performance grade needs to be 95 or higher).
- Have had experience in using automation (or internet marketing) softwares or the ability to use them.
- Knows how to create lead funnels or funnel pages.
- Knows how to use a wordpress template and improve on it or have a wp template they can recommend
- Knows how to integrate a shopping cart later on and/or can recommend a good shopping cart.
- Knows how to create logos and knowledge of photoshop or editing graphics (an advantage)
- Knows how to add content to site
- Knows how to use plugins to make these things easier. Though we don't want to use too many plugins as it can be a resource hog for the site.

You must also be able to create a flow chart for these processes or knows how to use a flow chart.

This is an easy job for someone that knows what they're doing. As an Australian based company it makes it easy for you to work close to Philippine hours and get your sleep at night. As an example Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) is 2 hours ahead of Philippines.

This is initially a part time position (around 20 hours / week) with a view to full time.
