Part-Time (to start) Audio and Video Editor

I am looking for a part-time video and audio editor for my Podcast and Business. You must have experience doing video and audio editing. You need to be able to become full-time 3-6 months from now. The person hired will become head of video and audio. You must be quick and have the ability to edit video and audio into clips, put captions, etc.
