Real Estate Marketing Specialist

Marketing Specialist needed for busy, growing real estate team.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Managing and monitoring all social media platforms- facebook, instagram, linked in, twitter, youtube
Creating content for social media platforms
Posting new listings on several websites
Posting Open houses
Manage Client Appreciation Program
CRM management-Boomtown
Provide Lead ISA with status of leads
Weekly tracking of leads for agents
Adding contacts into database

Skills and Qualifications:

Prior real estate experience preferred
Organized and efficient
Must have excellent English speaking and writing skills
Must have a dedicated work space, computer with internet access
