Listing & Marketing Coordinator needed in busy real estate office. Primary role is to assist with and eventually oversee the listing aspect of real estate properties.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to)
Assemble marketing/ information packets for potential clients as PDF
Ensure accuracy of information via paperwork, database, etc.
Process paperwork and collect all information needed for property listings
Digitally submit fully executed paperwork to office administrators
Correspond with clients and industry professionals in a courteous and articulate manner
Data entry and database maintenance
Market new real estate listings
Obtain feedback on property showings
Familiarity with online applications: SugarSync, Showingtime, Dotloop, Todoist, Canva, etc.
Assist with design, marketing, and branding materials as needed
Must be proficient in word programs, spreadsheets, and powerpoint
Must know how to create and combine PDFs
Must be able to follow and complete checklists
Skills and qualifications:
Familiarity with real estate industry
Articulate communicator and positive attitude
Able to follow direction and provide productive input
Drive and motivation to contribute in a team atmosphere
Available during weekly business hours.
Approximately 30-40 hrs/ week
Preferred skills (Not required):
College education preferred
Proficient in basic graphic design and social media marketing preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft office and preferred Adobe Elements or Photoshop
Photography skills and proficiency in Spanish a plus
