The Executive Assistant enhances the effectiveness of Matthew Cooke by managing calendars, making travel, meeting and event arrangements as well as preparing reports and financial data. This role provides representation of the company's leadership by interfacing with team members, customers, partners and potential clients.
This position is remote work for 10-15 hours/week, and possibly more.

+Completes advanced projects in Excel and Word
+Be able to have high attention to detail sending pre-written
+Plans events, facilities meetings and organizes community outreach programs
+Prepares, completes and modifies documents including correspondence, drafts, memos, contracts and e-mails
+Schedules and coordinates both business and personal meetings, appointments and travel arrangements
+Handles requests for information and data
+Performs other duties as assigned
SPECIFIC EDUCATION OR EXPERIENCE:
+Advanced Microsoft Office Suite experience
+High School diploma, Associate or Bachelor Degree preferred
