Product Lead & Head UX/UI Designer

Hi, we’re based in the U.S. and have several web/app products. We’re looking for someone with the potential to be the main product lead for all our products - something like a Product CEO. This person will be responsible for driving development and progress for all our web/app products. More specifically, this person will be designing new features (using Adobe XD), creating design specs, managing programmers, testing, interacting with customers, creating marketing campaigns, and will be in charge of growing current and future products as well.

We’re looking for someone we can leave for 1 year and come back, and all of our apps/products will have grown by leaps and bounds. If you need hand-holding, this is not the opportunity for you.

5. Able to think outside the box. Question processes. Naturally find inefficiencies. Always thinking of how to make things better. Bothered by sub-optimal things.
6. Likes strategic thinking and seeing where trends are headed.
7. Is optimistic and gets along with people very well.
8. Doesn’t easily take sides but sees complex situations from both sides.
