Marketing expert

We need someone who can create good advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram, you need to be able to write persuasive sale page, know what to write to make people trust and buy the product/services.
Immediate task will be to increase revenue for an existing health and beauty clinic. then also expand to other online business services and personal development.
Ideally I am looking for someone who i can work long term with on a full time basic
