Researcher/keyworder (Writing Titles, descriptions & keywords for images)

Your job will be to write clear titles and descriptions of images that are extremely relevant to the images.

You will also pick relevant keywords for the images that describe the elements of the picture. EG the colours, what is in the image, who is in the image, the ethnicity of the people in the image etc.

These titles, descriptions and keywords help people who are searching for images on stock photo websites such as Shutterstock.

The Ideal Candidate has the following skills:

-Excellent English written skills.
-Strong organisational / time management skills; detail oriented.
-Working up to industry standards
-Ability to consistently meet tight deadlines
-Ability to write clear titles and descriptions while hitting necessary keyword and structural constraints
-Previous work experience in writing keywords and descriptions
-Knowledge about the stock media industry and its trending topics
-Familiar with Shutterstock, Istock, Adobe contributor guidelines and their specific requirements

Wavebreak Media Ltd is a leading producer of video footage, 3D animation, photos and after effects projects for the international stock media industry. Our clients include world market leaders in the distribution of media content such as Istock, Shutterstock, Adobe, Pond5 etc

This will be a full time role working remotely. You will need to be available to work Irish hours 8AM to 4.30PM for at least the first month or two. Once you are fully trained and we are confident with your work, it's possible you will be able to work regular Philippines time
