Virtual Assistant/Sales & Marketing Assistant

Market Results (www.marketresults.com.au) is a small, boutique consultancy based in Australia. We help local business owners in Australia (later in Canada the UK & USA) market their products and services online.

I am looking for someone who can help me with sales and marketing related activities, and perhaps later with managing projects for client delivery.

Some of the work will be tedious, some challenging.

I am looking for someone who is willing to learn as you go and be willing to share ideas too. Making mistakes is expected and is ok as we will help you to perform in the role by working through any problems together.

We will really look after you, if you look after our business. You can expect to start on a low wage and get frequent raises and bonuses for good work.

You will start by calling leads we supply and qualifying them to get the decision maker's name and email. Then move on to sending email and letters and eventually to making appointments and doing presentations.

You will learn a lot from experienced people and will progress to managing the work that is delivered via our contractors and by our team as we grow it together, and you help us train your replacement.

You will need to be comfortable on the phone/skype and speak very good english.

You will need to have a good, stable internet connection and be willing to use/be trained to use our various software/tools,

You must be willing to communicate and report progress/challenges etc consistently on a daily basis.

We would expect that you would be contactable on Skype during working hours.
