Website Wizard to recreate site (wordpress ideally)

We are looking to recreate the website Upgrade to see actual info and also the resize element on this site: Upgrade to see actual info that will fit in with our own branding and be for potential clients.

We are the UK's largest design and print company so would like to offer this to potential clients who want to supply their own artwork.
If people are converting artwork for example it would be nice that they were promted to get a quote from us somehow.

There would be a free and paid version as per the site.

If it could be built on wordpress would be an advantage as that is what we are used to but equally appreciate there may be better and more suitable platforms.

This would initially be a one off project but if you wow us with what you can do then we would be open to a discussion of you staying on a more permanent basis.
