- Prompting for good reviews
- Understanding the guest by building a relationship with them
- Understanding when bad reviews are likely and not prompting the guest to leave one
- Linking in other teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to deliver the best guest experience
- Be responsible for the perception of our business to the outside world. This will mean ensuring good reviews, and having complete listings
- Feeding back guest comments from conversations
- Some operational work, depending on shift

In addition to your core roles, you will be expected to have the following qualities:

- Excellent written and spoken English
- Contribute to the 'Review Audit'
- Thoroughness and attention to detail
- Making sure all of our teams are communicating effectively in the context of your work
- Being proactive about your own progress and productivity
- Working with a culture of accountability, ownership and willingness to succeed through further learning
- Working in an organised way with clear emphasis on deadlines and the need to track and quantify performance

Experience of having worked on platforms like AirBnB and Booking dot com are necessary, and experience in the hotel and hospitality sector will be looked at favourably.

Your written English should be exceptional, your communication style should be concise, friendly and logical. You should also be able to handle arithmetic on the spot, and have a sound understanding of Upgrade to see actual info’s important that you understand the admins we already have working for us have their own job roles, and part of your initial training will be to understand what they do by undertaking their responsibilities for a while. This will provide the foundation upon which your role will be built

You must have the ability to remain confident, calm and quick under pressure and use initiative and common sense to achieve the goals of the business. A strong emphasis on systemisation, communication and written English will form a key part of your skill base.

We're an ambitious company, committed to high standards, and we're looking for similarly driven, motivated individuals to work with us!

We are advertising for the following weekly shift pattern (UK time):

Saturday and Sunday, 5pm-2am the next day (UK time)

Total 18 hours

If you are flexible, please also mention that, as the shift pattern could change.

We look forward to hearing from you!

The Host Liverpool team
