Sales Development Consultant

As a Sales Development Representative, you are always reaching for ambitious performance goals. You work with a wide variety of medium to large businesses, delivering the optimal employment solution for each customer.

Your duties include:

- Reach out to potential medium to large companies through cold calls, emails and other appropriate channels
- Team up with Uvision recruiters to attract new employers to use our employment services.
- Effectively manage your sales pipeline and develop a strategy for long term sustained success

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience in advertising sales, business development, and/or employment services.
- College coursework in business, communications or marketing principles
- Knowledge of traditional and digital media and its competitive landscape
- Understanding of unique challenges that medium – large businesses face when employing casual/temporary employees
