Virtual studio & client manager for a global animation studio

For approximately 20 hours per week (to start with) we are looking for a virtual studio & client manager for a global animation studio.

Responsibilities:

- Updating clients when there are advancements in their project.
- Answering emails.
- social media (creating a strategy and executing it).
- recruitment research (finding great animators/illustrators).
- Assisting to the Creative Director/CEO of the studio.

Needs:

- To be able to speak and write in English fluently and perfectly
- Experience in managing clients in a creative environment (for instance a creative studio, advertising firm etc.)
- To have knowledge or experience with social media management.

Preferable:

- knowledge of (/experience in) the world and process of 2D animation.
