Web Developer

Due to an extended period of growth ProSport Academy (Huddersfield) is looking for a Creative Web Developer to join our team at our offices here in Huddersfield.

With this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining our websites, producing creative and engaging designs for websites, social media, print for offline marketing and other digital media. This is a very exciting opportunity to join our positively driven team and help us to continue building towards our goals.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for an individual who is outgoing, creative, driven, positive and a confident communicator. Able to handle and manage workloads. They should be able to offer constructive advice and ideas within the team. Must have a proven record of website development, maintenance and performance, increasing speed of websites, great layout and creativity and extensive cpanel knowledge.

Key Skills
Experience in Optimize press, Infusionsoft and Leadpages.
A strong portfolio in Web design and UI.
Ability to develop and build visually pleasing websites (Wordpress etc)
Proficient with In Design, Illustrator, Photoshop.
Professionalism regarding time, costs and deadlines.
Possess good communication skills to interpret and negotiate briefs.
Ability to cope with several projects at a time.
Experience

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven web development experience.
Highly creative, with the ability to generate ideas for content across different media.
Highly organised, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritise workload to ensure deadlines are met.
What will I be responsible for?

Working with a range of digital media from web, social media to print.
Keeping up to date with emerging technologies and new design aspects.
Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts and developing interactive Upgrade to see actual infoveloping design briefs that suit the purpose.
Preparing rough drafts and presenting finalised ideas.
Creating and developing different marketing pages.
Cultivate a solid body of work.
Having experience with Graphic Design would be Advantageous.
