JOB OVERVIEW

Job Responsibilities :
Provide support to solve technical problems, answer customer questions regarding company products, and help to improve general user sentiment.
- Resolve customer complaints via email, chat or social media.
- Adapt to customer needs to provide top quality support for both technical and non-technical issues
- Collect information and problems that users inform through FB page, email, etc.
- Perform detailed reports daily / monthly.
- Review customer interaction on Facebook Community Pages, Twitter, Forums, Blog, and Review pages to develop a customer sentiment report and to determine new issues and open tickets.

Qualification :
- High School Degree above
- At least 3 years of customer service or related experience
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- This position is for candidates who love and have a passion for playing games.
- A willingness to expand one's knowledge by learning game-specific issues and potential fixes for an extensive library of existing products.
- The ability to explain complex technical terms in the simplest form to assist customers with questions/troubleshooting in areas in which they may not be familiar.

Work Condition :
- Work from home
- 8hours per day 9am-6pm (1hour lunch time)
- 5days per week
