Content Producer, VA, Social Media Manager. Exciting opportunity in Real Estate Startup!

Hello!

We're Dashdot, a new Buyer's Agent business in the Australian Real Estate sector.

Our mission is to help everyday Australians achieve financial independence and to build generational wealth, through the vehicle of real estate investment.
This is a new startup with a very fast trajectory.

We're seeking someone who can repackage existing content, but with our own brand and TOV so we can use it as content marketing to our client Upgrade to see actual info addition to that, we are seeking a skilled content editor and creator, social media and marketing whizz, who is adept at graphic design, copywriting, video editing, and content creation.

We can generate content overviews, such as guidance material for longform content, videos etc. These will need to be edited, transcribed, podcasted etc.

We are seeking to generate around 30 unique pieces per week on 5 platforms - FB, IG, LI, Email, Snapchat

The ideal candidate will have:
Excellent english skills
The ability to understand the information and to interpret the nuances in the language required.
Copywriting experience
The ability to take notes, data sets, and transcriptions and convert them to engaging short and long form text pieces.
At least basic video editing skills
Moderate to good graphic design skills
Great time management
The ability to "find" and edit the most relevant parts of bulk information to create super relevant and engaging content - whether via text, video or audio.
Experience in editing audio for podcasts
Experience in understanding the best formats for each social media platform
Great Microsoft Excel skills
Proactive and uses initiative
App integration skills
Experience in developing a holistic content strategy
