Nurse Virtual Phone response: Day and Night shifts available: stable and long term positions

The basics:
Answer calls and follow our protocols
choose a stable shift or Float to available shifts
count on getting paid on-time, everytime

Requirements:
Have an RN degree or higher level of medical education.
Have a quiet environment where phone calls can be answered in a professional manner.
Have a noise-canceling headset.
Our phone system requires > 5 - 10 Mbps speed internet to use it. Any less and you will not be able to work
Have a very stable internet connection
Be willing and interested to learn US healthcare and insurance rules
Have knowledge of Microsoft word and excel
Have worked in a clinical setting to understand patient needs
Have a stable availability with the long-term goal to continue
Have good English skills with great communication abilities
Must be analytical and takes initiative to solve problems
Have knowledge of RX refill request

Goals:
Be a customer service representative to the company
Have good communication skills to handle calls in a professional manner
Assist in office staff with daily duties
Be available for calls to coordinate patient care
Request health records of a patient from the hospital
Receive calls from other facilities to communicate information to the on-call physician.
Document all activity
Pull information from the patient chart for the physician to review
Label and sort faxes

Shifts available 7 days a week: May work any of the shifts based on availability
All shifts are in Pacific Standard Time (subtract 8 hours to calculate Manila Time)
Weekend Preferred
5 PM - 1 AM California time (which is 9 AM - 5 PM Manila time)
1AM - 8 AM California Time (Which is 5 PM - 12 AM Manila time)
