AutoCAD engineered frame welding drawings

Need a part time employee to provide AutoCAD or similar frame drawings for welding for outdoor kitchens. Must speak and understand english, must have software and ability to create frame drawings and cut lists for outdoor kitchens that we build from 1" square steel tubing. Everything will need to include dimension and bar sizes noted on the drawings for welders to cut and weld the frame with all appliances and door cutouts on drawings. Will be 10-20 hrs a week initially and potentially more. Will send example drawings. Please send hourly wage requirements and info in interested.
