Knowledge Management: Strong Researcher/Writer/PPT/Graphic/Innovative Mindset

I need someone who has very strong research skills and can quickly put together research on such topics as:

> Corporate Knowledge Management
> Staff Incentives for Sharing Knowledge Across organizations
> Industry Best Practices for Knowledge Management Sharing
> Understanding of public multi-laterals such as World Bank, UN etc

The right candidate should be able to quickly grasp complex concepts yet translate into simple output format, help quickly put together good power point presentations with nice story flow and graphics, write simple reports as needed, and bring in an innovative learning mindset.

The person should have flexible working hours, sometimes 1 or 2 hours per day, sometimes 5, sometimes 0.
