We are adding new SEO expert to our team, we provide client SEO services and also optimize our own websites too.
We need our new team member to help to develop results-oriented SEO strategies and then deliver SEO results for clients based on their specific needs, goals and budgets.

This job will start out as part time but as soon as you prove that you are capable, trustowrthy and realiable it can quickly become full-time (if required) where you will be responsible for a portfolio of clients.
The hours are flexible but you MUST use TimeProof and keep a time-sheet for the tasks done.

If we find a capable reliable person then it's likely they will become a project manager as the business grows.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for On page & Off Page SEO
Competitor research to identify opportunities for improvements to our websites
Onsite optimization including: Intelligently Selecting keyword targets, writing/optimizing meta titles and meta descriptions, tagging new pages, fixing errors highlighted by our SEO platform, maintaining site speed, fixing broken links
Content suggestions - Generating content ideas from organic search engines, providing the necessary keyword research for the content;
Planning and executing link building and content marketing strategies;
Building on page optimization strategies, performing technical audits with our tools and fixing any errors;
Reviewing SEO reporting and providing updates and commentary that can be used to keep the site owner informed and satisfied.



To do this job you need to be experienced in all aspects of SEO,
- Keyword research
- Properly thought through keyword target selection!
- Create post outlines for our writers, which will give them everything they need to write compelling, long-form blog posts ( including suggested: keyword target, meta-title, meta description and URL
-SEO Strategy
- Writing Meta-data based upon selected keyword targets in perfect English (page title, meta title, URL optimization, meta description, image optimization, some keyword optimization within content).
- Performing on page optimization
- You will need to have a full understanding of White-hat SEO techniques and be willing to learn more
- you must be able to read and analyse SEO reporting and modify the SEO strategy intelligently when it's a good idea to do so.
- You should be comfortable using Wordpress websites ( experience in other types of CMS are a welcome bonus)
- Technical SEO experience and ability is a big bonus
- Experienced or willing to learn how to do SEO audits
- Good to excellent written English (including spelling and grammar)
- if you can do schema markup ( just using a plugin not coding it, easy to learn)
- you must be willing to talk on skype to me.
- used to working with Google Analytics, Google Search Console and an SEO platform;
- Experience in link building (off page optimization), content optimization (on page optimization);
- Experience with cpanel and HTML
- You must be able to work to deadlines
- You must be able to follow instructions


You should be able to write presentable answers that we can provide to clients who typically ask questions on like:

Hows my project going?
What are you working on?
Is it working yet, are we getting results?
What's happening next?
What content do you need me to add to the site?
Can you provide a update/project review?


We pay by paypal we can pay every two weeks or monthly, we review Timeproof records.

1. SEO Freelancers are recruited and are allocated specific SEO projects to work on.
2. Each SEO project has it's own monthly budget, the budget for each SEO project varies but normally projects have a budget of between 30 to 100 hours of chargeable work per month.
3. All projects must be run on our own SEO Platform.
4. All chargeable time must be supported by proper Time-proof records, a list of tasks done and the time charged for each. Once approved we will ask for a paypal invoice for payment in USD. We will pay fortnightly.
5. There are no exceptions to these rules.
