Social Media Management (Moderate Facebook pages & Engage with users)

We are looking for a talented individual who has some experience with Social Media Marketing and customer service at Facebook. This person should also be able to learn quick as the tasks may change and vary over time. He or she should live in social media and know their stuff.

You also would have to do customer service via email and help our clients to be satisfied.

Daily Activities will include:

- Facebook page moderating (answering comments, posting individual answers and replys, start a conversation with the users and get them engaged)

- Creation of posts with our product images and daily posting with images

- Answering Customer Messages/Comments via email Upgrade to see actual info facebook Upgrade to see actual info and help them with ordering or answering any questions they have

- Best working time would be EST time if possible but we can talk about that
