Exciting role for a Virtual Assistant

Job Description:

I am looking for an energetic, creative, passionate and experienced virtual assistant to support me with some of the operations of my business. As a member of a high-performance team you will perform some of the following activities:

-Research, write and illustrate articles about different topics to be published online.
-Manipulate and create images to illustrate presentations and articles.
-Manipulate pictures and photos (resize, eliminate objects, etc).
-Manage Social Media Channels.
-Update and manage Wordpress sites.
-Create presentations in Google Slides.
-Create, edit, add music and closed captions and publish videos on Youtube, IGTV, Vimeo, etc.
-General assistant duties such as sending invoices, manage calendars, online research, appointment setting, set up reminders, etc.

About you:

Ideally, you are an English teacher or have advanced English, with a university or college degree or about to have a degree. You are energetic, creative, have eye for detail, work autonomously with minimal supervision, you are results driven, you are proactive and find solutions on the fly, open to learning and willing to give the best of you at work.

This role is ideal for a mum or someone working from home. (ideally female but not mandatory).

Technical Requirements:

MUST have a high-speed internet connection at home/ work area.
MUST Own a computer in good condition (ideally Mac but not mandatory)
Have a smartphone with Whatsapp

What is on offer

A full-time job (40 hours per week) for an immediate start. After your probation period, my aim is to build a long working relationship, excellent salary based on experience and skills. I will also be training you in business and marketing.
