A well-established company is urgently looking for an experienced fulltime
Home-based Fulltime Financial Modeller and Analyst
with the following requirements:

• Full proficiency with all aspects of Microsoft Excel especially complex formulas and the ability to program using Macros
• Full proficiency with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Power point
• Excellent written English and the ability to write professional emails, letters and proposals including Financial Statements of Advices (SOA)
• Ability to work independently online in a quiet place free from domestic distractions
• Honest, trustworthy and reliable.
Ideally with knowledge and experience with:
• Property Investment Analysis
• Apply On Line lending lodgements
• Mercury 5 CRM

Technical requirements:
Stable Internet connection (At least 5 Mbps)
Back up Internet gadget
Headset with noise cancellation
