JOB OVERVIEW

I'm looking for a ghostwriter/copywriter/writer to handle overflow projects as needed. This is estimated around 10 hours per week.

The writer should be able to:

1) Provide samples of writing, specifically blog content and articles that will be used online. Conversational/journalism style vs. stiff/formal/thesis is preferred. Experience in SEO optimized content writing is a HUGE plus.

2) Must use proper USA grammar, punctuation and spellings.

3) Able to follow deadlines and schedules without constantly being micromanaged or nagged. (I am not one of those kinds of managers and hate working with people who aren't dependable, commit and then don't follow through, or commit the then drop the ball leaving me in a bind.) While it might sound harsh, if you have personal issues, like to frequently travel or have unstable Internet, I'm probably not the right client for you. I rely a great deal on my contractors and therefore can't work with people who can't meet deadlines or that have a thousand excuses about why things can't be done.

4) Must be able to able to write without using profanity or acronymns which are substituted for profanity. A good writer should be able to write, entice, generate emotion, etc. without having to stoop to the level of using profanity or explict adult writing to tell the story.

5) Must be able to tell a good story on paper in writing. I want to feel emotion, depth, etc. Calls to action may be required on certain writing pieces.

I am a steady pay, good communicator and am available for questions which may arise.

Content pieces are on a variety of topics, and require a commitment to met weekly article production goals (approximately 2-10 depending on the needs). I don't care when you work on them, as long as you meet deadlines and the work isn't shoddy.

I would like to start immediately, but would want to start with a small project to see how we work together before committing to a longer term relationship. YOu will be paid for this smaller project if selected. (I am always fair with my staff and pay you for what you do!)

And finally, because I do work for a number of churches and religious based organizations, writer(s) must be comfortable with and understand the basic concepts of evangelical Christianity.
